We bought 2 shelves. First one assembled nicely and looked great in our living room. 2nd one had some damage upon delivery. The peg holes had been drilled though. I talked with Sunon and they were friendly and happy to fix the problem. A new shelf is being sent to us as I write this review. ?The shipper the seller picked is totally wrong - USPS. I consider shipping as part of the product including sale/after-sale services. (1) The product is listed as Prime which should have 2-days delivery. The shipping is way longer than 2 days. (2) The shipper left a piece of paper in my mailbox stating that Mailbox is too small to hold the product, so I need to pick it up from Post Office. I contact them and ask to re-deliver to my front door. They refused. I have to go pick the product up. The bottom line is the seller shall NOT choose USPS (because it is cheaper, I guess) over UPS or Fedex or others who can really deliver a 50 lbs box. So, be ready to go to post office to pick the 50lb box on your own if you want to buy from this seller.The product is ok. It is made of particle boards, which is not good quality but ok with the cheap price. Assembling is not hard.Ordered 3. One had a broken piece. It's the kick plate at the bottom. Decided to try to put it together and hoped for the best. Minor scratches and dings on the other units.Could’ve gotten something more solid and durable for the money. It’s a little better quality that IKEA furniture but it’s supposed to sit and hold books. Just can’t move it around after you put books on it.I should have paid for the professional assembly. I made a mistake with one shelf and it is unfixable due to the darn Klix Cam screws they include to secure the pieces. I need more room and a second person to slide the 3 back pieces in. I bought it in white and the paint was chipping off as I tried to get them to slide into the grooves. I had to stop before I threw the whole mess onto the curb. I will get help getting the back on tomorrow. Sorry I bought this. Not worth it the stress and time.I have ordered two Sunon bookcases, may order another! Quite easy to put together, just read and look at the instructions carefully and organize the fastenings in their own piles. It’s heavy and a little tricky to put together by yourself, but I am 71 and strong. Get a buddy and it’s done faster!!!This project was well made, sturdy, and easy to assemble!!I received the wrong color, and had already started building it when I realized this (it's a dark room). I ordered the navy and got the black. I called customer service and there was no answer. I also wrote them and didn't receive any answer. So now I'm stuck with a black bookcase. It's fine, but double check the box before opening. The material isn't very strong, but it seems to be sturdy once all the books are in it.I started assembling and one panel didn’t have the necessary holes for the fasteners. I emailed the manufacturer and they got back requesting information already sent. After following up I got another email asking if I meant there were no holes. I answered that’s what I said and what the photos showed. I didn’t hear back and since 30 days is approaching I am returning them.Product arrived missed part of the hardware. We were unable to assemble it until we purchased replacement parts from the store. Shelf is sturdy but shorter than I thought it would be.Took about an hour for us both to do it. Some pieces were marked incorrectly, once we figured that out it was not too bad. It looks great. Abd seems very solid.Bibliothèque robuste et facile à assembler.
