Made to look like handmade, but, really factory made in China. The bad: the screw holes are placed badly. Cannot get a screw driver straight onto the screw. Have to screw in at an angle. And, if you place the center holes on a stud, then the two outer holes are not on the stud. Bad screw hole placement. It would be better to just have the holes in the center of the bracket. Not two holes flared outside, making it very hard to screw into the stud.
